Add as many as 100 photos or videos to one Highlight. Use Highlights for Stories that deserve to be viewed again and again. <p class="p1">To make your Highlight reel look more organized, choose a cover image for each Highlight. You can do that by selecting the Highlight, clicking on the three dots in the bottom right corner, and selecting Edit Highlight. If you click on Edit Cover, you can choose an image from the Highlight to be on the cover, or go to your phone’s gallery and choose an image from there. <p>When creating a post on social media you may ask yourself “How can I reach my client?” There are many important factors in creating a post that resonates with your audience. You must know who they are to determine what they like and what they need to feel to build trust.  The more you resonate with your audience the more likely your potential client will be to select your company when they are looking for your services.</p>
<p> Here are a few tips on ways you can learn more about your potential clients:</p>
<h3><strong>Engage with your clientele</strong>.</h3>
<p>Engage with them one on one when they subscribe, follow, or inquire about your product or service. By doing this, your clients will feel catered too because you show that you care about their input. It’s also beneficial to you because you can improve your business based off of their feedback.</p>
<h3><strong>Send out a survey to your clients</strong>.</h3>
<p>You can do this by sending out emails to your direct mailing list or providing a direct link on your business page. This will help you to understand what your clients/customers want and need specifically.</p>
<h3><strong>Study your competition</strong>.</h3>
<p>In business, there will always be someone offering similar <a href="/services/">products or services</a>.  As you study your competition, take notes on what they’re missing from their business and try to fill the void within yours. Also, see what’s working for them and try it in your company. </p>
<h3><strong>Pay attention to your likes and interactions</strong>.</h3>
<p>Constantly look at your likes, interactions, and engagements when posting on your social media business page or business website. This will keep you updated on what your clients/customers are looking for specifically. Do more of what they like and less of what they don&#8217;t want.</p>

<p>With social media becoming a major factor in marketing, knowing how to create effective Facebook ads is very important. Running an effective advertising campaign can generate leads and traffic to your business that you can turn into sales.  Advertisement doesn’t have to be a crap shoot and you can get what you want from Facebook ads. Here’s how we set up an effective Facebook advertising campaign for success.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;" data-tadv-p="keep">The First Step</h3>
<p>The first step is choosing a marketing goal based on what you need your campaign to do for you. There are three different campaign goals: Awareness, Consideration, and Conversation. Under the campaign goals section are marketing objectives.  The type of audience Facebook shows your ad to depends on what objective you use. For example, if you want website visits, you must select traffic under consideration. If you want as many people possible to see your ad then you have to use brand awareness under awareness. This is where most people mess up here. They chose the wrong objective. Choosing brand awareness will show your ad to more people, but it won’t make them look at your website or send you a message.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;" data-tadv-p="keep">The Second Step</h3>
<p>The second step is building your ideal audience under the “Ad set” tab of your campaign. This is where having a client avatar comes into play. Use the demographic and interest options to reflect who your clients currently are. Knowing where your client’s lives, their gender, their line of work, what they watch on tv, will lead to a more successful campaign. </p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;" data-tadv-p="keep">The Final Step</h3>
<p>The final step is to build and test your ad creative. Your ad is the most important part because this is what your audience will see. Based on your marketing objectives you can choose between ad formats that include: single image, single video, slideshow, canvas, and carousel. The carousel has been the most successful format that we have used for our clients because it gives potential clients a full story of who a company is. The second best has been the single ad format. This format allows Facebook to easily test different images to determine which image performs the best.  Testing your ad creative is ongoing. Keep your ads fresh with no creative by trying something new every two weeks.</p>

<p>Have you ever noticed that some posts on Instagram are hours late but at the top of your feed? Were you ever curious as to why some posts have more engagement than others? Well that is all due to Instagram’s algorithm. Although Instagram&#8217;s algorithm has never been confirmed, the changes on the platform has been obvious.  In previous years, Instagram was very simple. You’d see the latest post at the top of the feed and as you casually scroll through Instagram the older post will show. Over the years Instagram has changed its method and implemented a new method in which we see various posts.  Currently, you’ll see post based on your interaction, popularity, and engagement; this also goes for who users that see your post.  Let’s take a more in-depth look at Instagram’s algorithm and what content you’re seeing on your timeline.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Usage </h3>
<p>                Instagram uses recognition technology to calculate the post you engage with the most in order to provide more content on your timeline that caters to you. For example, if you frequently engage with posts about sports or dogs, you are more likely to see these post on your timeline first opposed to a more recent post. This is Instagram&#8217;s way of creating a better user experience. In order to ensure that you see the post that you want, intentionally seek out people you are interested and Instagram will follow. </p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Hashtags</h3>
<p>Hashtags are the best way to attract an organic audience. Hashtags can be annoying or seem a bit spammy if you used incorrectly. However, hashtags that are related to your industry, your company, or the city you are in can attract relevant eyeballs. Industry hashtags allow you to be apart of a community built with people like you who advocate for and love the industry that they are in.  Company hashtags allow people who are interested in your company to easily find you. Local hashtags allow people who are interested in products and services in your area to find you. Hashtags give your potential customers a direct link to your most recent post which will help you to initiate conversations and  build engagement </p>

For example, frequently liking, commenting, and engaging with your followers determines who sees your most recent post on someone else’s timeline. The more people who you engage with on Instagram, the more people will come back to your profile and engage with you. Posting often and consistently also strengthens engagement. If you show up every day at the same time, people begin to expect and trust that you will be there every time. This helps to build an authentic relationship with your followers. </p>
